10 months

We went to the doctor today. Jackson is a little under the weather, but nothing that we can't treat. He has a snotty nose, horrible cough and a little congestion. He got some good meds and hopefully he will be on his way to feeling better. He saw Ms. Michelle (the nurse practioner for Dr.Rosales) today because we couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Bimle. Dr. Rosales and Dr. Bimle used to be in the same clinic, but Dr. Bimle moved to her own office and Ms. Michelle didn't go with her. :-( Jackson was very excited to see her. Whenever she first got in the room and was talking to him, he just reached up and hugged her. It was so precious. She couldn't believe how big he was. He now weighs 23.8 lbs! Also, Jackson has 6 teeth and is walking!!! Well, mostly he runs. He is so proud of himself when he walks around. He just grins and laughs. He is such a sweetheart! Tanté taught him how to blow kisses and she is very proud of that. She still keeps him during the day, but hopefully after he turns 1 we can find a daycare/sitter to give her a break. They have so much fun together. I can't imagine the two of them being apart for very long. :o)

His Gammaw Freda came to visit after the first of the year. They were both so excited to see each other. They had so much fun riding on the firetruck and riding in the diaper boxes. Jackson can't wait until she comes back down. Also, he would like for her to bring his PaPa Mike next time. He misses him very much!! :o)

We'll be planning his 1st birthday party soon. We're not sure where or when, but we'll be sure to let everyone know. Can you believe it's almost been a year!?!?!?! Time really does fly when you're having fun. XOXO
